The broom is large enough to cover the area of the dustpan. It is thick and does a clean sweep. The dustpan has a lip that lays flat on the floor picking up all swept debris. The handles screw together tightly and are a perfect length for sweeping a medium area. I balked at the cost but this broom is more than worth the cost.
A solid broom/pan combo that will get the job done on light work, but not suitable for the tougher jobs. The kit itself is quite easy to put together, and the instructions are clear. When you do finally have it together, it is quite sturdy. For the price, you really can’t go wrong with this broom dust pan combo.
